Life Skills Worker - Residential Aide/Monitor

Our Life Skills Workers are direct care positions that work in a residential treatment facility for adolescent males with substance abuse problems. Some of the functions of the position are as follows:
-Participates and supervises residents in daily-programmed activities.
-Maintains necessary documentation and ensures compliance with clinical programming.
-Provides for the physical care and safety of the residents.

REQUIREMENTS:
Life Skills Worker I: HS/GED, previous residential experience a plus. Ability to work the overnight shift.
Life Skills Workers II: Associates Degree in a psychology, sociology, criminal justice, social work or related field. Certifications in AOD treatment or social worker licensure a plus. Ability to work a various shifts and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age, have valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.
