Must be willing to float assignments as well as facilities.Crdentia of Austin/San Antonio is currently staffing Long Term Care, VHA Providers, and Acute Care facilities.
We offer contracts as well as Nationwide travel assignments for RN's/LVN's(optional).This position will require facility specific orientations.

Ensure the provision of quality care

Develop,implement,and evaluate care plans

Documentation of complete treatment
(i.e.medications,assessments,and observations)

Receive,transcribe,and implement physicians orders and records

Monitor and ensures that nursing and safety protocols are followed at all times

Credentials must be current and on file
Drivers License
