Quince N and R, is a 188-bed skilled nursing facility that emphasizes superior medical staff specializing in geriatric and rehabilitation measures to offer a wide range of in-house services. Our team is comprised of Physicians, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Rehabilitation Therapists, Social Workers and Registered Dietitians. Our nursing staff is the key element in creating a nurturing and caring environment for our patients. Some key responsibilities include :
Identify and communicate with patient/family regarding care needs.
Implementation of appropriate nursing care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Addresses family satisfaction issues immediately and assists in resolving the matter in a professional manner.
Makes rounds with physicians when possible. Ensure all charts and forms are signed. Maintain open lines of communication with attending physicians and ensure that all residents are visited as required.
Communicates regularly with Unit Managers and other department managers to ensure pertinent information exchange.
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory agencies in the areas of infection control, safety and direct patient care.

REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from an accelerated Nursing Program
Licensed in the state of Tennessee .
Is listed in good standing as confirmed on the State Department of Professional Credentialing.
Current CPR certification required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current rehabilitative principles and practices.
