Clinical One Per Diem specializes in finding you flexible, short-term assignments in certain local areas. Per Diem shifts are ideal for individuals interested in working day to day assignments and short-term contracts (1 to 13 weeks) in their local area.


Clinical One Per Diem is currently seeking an LPN to work for an adult day care center in southern RI. The schedule will be 9 to 3 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The qualified candidate must have the ability to assess and minister to medical needs; ability to respond to emergency situations, organize and update medical information, and most importantly relate to persons with developmental disabilities. Will maintain and pass medications as scheduled, tend to any illnesses or injuries which may occur, set up doctor and dentist appointments as needed and accompany clients to appointments when necessary. Also will instruct on basic medical/hygiene skills, and participate in ISP plans for the center.

One year of clinical experience required.
