ResponsibilitiesProvides care to patients in an Adult home setting under the general supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse.Responsible for submitting documentation of patient visits in a timely and accurate manner.Required to work one weekend per month and designated holidays.Metropolitan New York for nearly a century. REQUIREMENTS
Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program.Minimum two years of clinical experience.
Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.Licensed with current Registration to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse in NYS.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work within and integrated health care team.Demonstrates effective critical thinking skills and problem solve independently.Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
This is a field position requiring a valid drivers license. Flexible schedule required.
