Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

CentroMed, a non-profit community health center is seeking LVNs to work in our outpatient community health clinics. Position available is for a telephone triage / audit LVN. Nurse’s duties would include telephone communication with patients to answer questions, implement prescription refills, respond to messages, etc. It would also entail conducting internal chart audits for compliance indicators in our clinic. This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8-5, position. Experience preferred, but not required – will train. GVNs are welcomed to apply.
