LPN or RN charge nurse

Burford Manor, a small LTC/SNF facility in Davis, OK, seeks an LPN or
RN charge nurse for flexible shifts, part time or full time. The charge nurse delivers nursing care within the scope of practice, coordinates delivery of care by CMA’s and CNA’s, and ensures that residents’ needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physicians’ orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal and state guidelines.

Burford Manor is entering an exciting new era as we prepare to implement the culture change initiative. We have a new, accelerated wage scale and incentives, including “work extra bonuses”, perfect attendance bonuses, and the opportunity to enter a quarterly drawing for a paid vacation for two people. A sign-on bonus is available to qualified applicants.
