LPN: LPNs are Team Leaders in providing person-centered care for residents; Leads assigned direct care nursing employees in a manner that brings about a commitment to meet the productivity and quality expectations. Requirements:Practical Nurse Graduate and current PA License;Prefer LTC experience;Requires great communication and excellent customer service;Must pass post-offer physical exam, criminal background investigation and reference check. Nurse Assistants: Provides quality direct and indirect care to residents; Assists with activities of daily living; Gives emotional and social support and attends to the residents’ physical comfort. Requirements:Must have completed PA required training and passed nurse assistant competency test;Requires great customer service and relate positively to others;Must pass post-offer physical exam, criminal background investigation and reference check.
