LABORATORYSPECIMENTECHNICIAN
TriCore is looking for a Laboratory Specimen Technician to join New Mexico's leading laboratory. Responsibilities include specimen order entry, preparation and tracking, clerical duties and equipment maintenance. All tasks require a high degree of accuracy, speed and strong knowledge of laboratory systems used to troubleshoot problems and resolve specimen issues.The qualified candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and meet one of the following: Nine (9) months experience as a certified phlebotomist OR nine (9) months experience in specimen processing OR completion of a Clinical Lab Assistant or equivalent certificate program OR associate's degree OR two (2) years' post-high school education (48 credit hours) with an emphasis in science. Ability to type 30 wpm preferred. Generous benefits package available.
