The Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Unit (CHRU) at Samaritan Hospital provides quality Cardinal Hill clinical practice and care to patients with orthopedic and mild neurological conditions. CHRU is located on the seventh floor of Samaritan Hospital off South Limestone in Lexington, KY. CHRU is owned and operated by the Cardinal Hill Healthcare System.

CHRU services include mobility training, self-care skills, wound care, equipment evaluation, diet and medication teaching and adjustment counseling. The rehabilitation team includes the patient and family, physician, rehabilitation nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, activities coordinator and dietician.
