SUMMARY OF ROLE – Inside Sales Representative

Sells Medical Products to doctors/dentists over the telephone by performing the duties listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take incoming calls from customers
• Offer products in a consultative manner
• Responsible for up selling and cross selling our products
• Improve the customer experience with excellent customer service
• Provide trouble shooting techniques
• Interact positively with other departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Establish customer rapport, build and maintain long term relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and one to three years of sales experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

REASONING ABILITY
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
