The Independent Evaluator will administer the structured diagnostic interviews at the pre-treatment screening evaluation, and conduct the clinical assessments on all patients at baseline, and weeks 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48. He/she will participate in independent evaluator reliability meetings both at the New York site and the Boston site. This role has been distributed between two individuals in order to provide coverage for vacations and illnesses and to enable us to respond more flexibly to occasional surges in the work load.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conducting research intake evaluations.2. Contacting and scheduling patient interviews.3. Creating and updating data files.4. Meeting with and updating other research staff.WORKING CONDITIONS:Office setting. No lifting required.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:Masters degree, minimum.SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:The Independent Evaluator must have prior experience in both psychiatric therapies and the general medical care setting.
