In-house CRA - CNS

Smith Hanley is looking for an In-House CRA in the Malvern, PA area. The primary purpose of this CRA position is responsibility for coordinating in-house management of documentation generated by study sites, study monitors and other related sources involved with client's clinical research studies in the US. The job includes administrative aspects of study management and developmental activities. Function is required for project team support to assure successful completion of a trial in accordance with current federal regulations and SOPs.The candidate must possess a familiarity with computer systems, or willingness to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), self motivation, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, as well as a Bachelors degree + 4-5 years laboratory or medical experience including 2 years of Clinical Research experience (or equivalent) and 1-2 years monitoring experience.Smith Hanley Consulting Group,a division of Smith Hanley, specializes in providing clinical trials staffing to national pharmaceutical companies offering long-term contract services of Statisticians, SAS Programmers, Data Managers, Clinical Research Associates and other clinical specialties.
