Implementation Specialist

Carecentric, a provider of cutting edge technology and outsourcing services to the home healthcare market is currently searching for three Implementation Specialists

This position coordinates customer expectations during the implementation process by tracking all stages of the implementation from pre-sales to support. This person will act as a liaison between all internal workgroups. He/She will serve as a customer contact and ensure that implementation deadlines are achieved; resolves scheduling issues and tracks personnel. This position keeps abreast of project progress and prepares appropriate reports for the implementation manager, customer and support as necessary. He/She will review contract details and specific contract requirements to ensure company meets all contractual obligations during the implementation process and communicates any special requirements to internal work groups. He/She will be responsible for resolution of all implementation problems or customer concerns, ensuring a timely and successful implementation
REQUIREMENTS


Education/Experience:



This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience as project manager in software services. This candidate must have Product specific knowledge. Previous experience in Healthcare software implementation. Home Health and/or DME experience a plus. RN a plus.

Qualifications:



The successful candidate will possess analytical skills and be able to resolve general technical problems and business problems. He/ She must have excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. He/She must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. He/She must have the ability to travel 25-50%.
