Implementation Project Manager

Great opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager to join a rapidly growing healthcare software development company.

The ideal candidate should possess:

· Leadership and management skills, experience in managing software implementation projects, capabilities of motivating clients and peers, analysis and problem-solving skills, execution skills and the right drive to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the quality of the delivery.
· Experience in project management, onsite and telephone training, software implementations, conversions, testing (QA), set-ups and documentation.
· Great communication skills with clients at all levels and with the Company’s staff, tenacity to solve clients’ problems quickly and to provide them with excellent service.
· Good technological, software and information systems knowledge in order to effectively communicate with clients and the software development staff on cross-departmental issues.
· Familiarity with healthcare is a must, with long-term healthcare – a big advantage.
· A total of at least 6 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in relevant project management roles in healthcare-related applications.
