IITS CPS Ambulatory Applications Specialist

Support the training needs of the Ambulatory product line. Work with the designated implementation personnel at the customer site to guide him/her as to how they will utilize and implement the system. Deliver training to users on-site and provide go-live support.* Provide onsite customer focused training to all levels of medical office personnel, at customer locations throughout the continental US. * Provide classroom training on medical Practice Management and Electronic medical records software to groups of 20 - 450 participants. * Deliver remote training to customers, utilizing WebEx.* Be a thought-leader and drive best practices within the GE ITPS organization. * Coordinate activities with Project Management and other ITPS resources.* Complete project documentation, including on-line checklists and debriefs, expense reports and other documentation as appropriate.* Assist with development and improvement of training process and tools.* Provide input to product development teams on product enhancements.* Extensive travel is involved (up to 100%).
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare care related field, business administration or other related field.
Three to five years of medical office clinical or administrative experience with demonstrated competency in implementing new practice management/EMR software in medical offices of all sizes.
The ability to demonstrate adult learning techniques in a medical office setting.
2 years formal or informal training experience.
Strong knowledge of Adult learning principles.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
Ability to travel up to 100%.Desired: * Working knowledge of the GE Healthcare Centricity Physician Office Practice Management or EMR software.
Experience delivering remote training, utilizing WebEx or like delivery mechanism.* MBA.
CTT+ Certified.
