About the Opportunity :

We are currently seeking a, high energy, detail oriented, compassionate, motivated individual who is a self starter and has a real interest in working with individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability to work as an ICF RESIDENT MANAGER.

Our ICF RESIDENT MANAGER is responsible for managing the overall operations of one of our community intermediate care facility residential homes. The duties include directing residence staff, providing geriatric consumers with proper care, ensuring the safety of the consumers, scheduling necessary house repairs and maintaining the general upkeep of the home. The ICF Manager is responsible for all regulatory compliance issues, quality assurance and the quality of life of the residents.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills Required :



The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS and have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working with geriatric developmentally disabled population supervising other employees. Previous experience working in either a nursing home setting or an intermediate care facility preferred. ( premium salaries available and commensurate with experience!!) Excellent oral and written skills, organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with coworkers, consumers, families and outside contacts a must! Applicants must have a valid New York State driver’s license.
