Hospice RN Primary Care Nurse

CHRISTUS HomeCare is seeking a Hospice RN to work in their Texas facility.Job Summary
Will provide skilled nursing assessments, planning and interventions for terminally ill adults and children. Will assume primary responsibility for a patient/family caseload. Supports the patient's unique spiritual and cultural beliefs in an effort to maintain the patient's dignity. Will supervise LVN and Aide's.Competitive Benefits:

REQUIREMENTS
Min. 1 year clinical nursing exp. with hospice exp. preferred.
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
Must have current CPR Certification.
Must have current Texas Driver's license with current automobile insurance and adequate transportation.
