Jefferson Healthcare is a full service, publicly owned, self-supporting acute care facility located in Victorian Port Townsend, Washington. We have an immediate opening for a Home Health & Hospice - Certified Nursing Assistant.

Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care to Home Health & Hospice patients in their homes under the direction of RN or Physical Therapist. Current Washington State Drivers License, CNA, and current BLS required.

FTE: 0.6 FTE, 24 hours per week. Monday–Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
