Applications Specialist I
Seeking individual to provide software application support by troubleshooting daily issues in Home Health/Hospice Department. Develops user sign on and access appropriate to their job description. Acts as liaison between end users and vendor, monitoring tasks for expedient resolution. Monitors system functionality and resolves or reports problems as appropriate. May be called upon to train/educate end users as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in a relevant specialty desired. Work experience in a relevant setting. Leadership, problem solving and good communication skills required. Strong understanding of common software applications; (ex. MS Office) Preferred experience with MEDITECH and PtCt software applications. Knowledge of Home Health/ Hospice or CMS billing a plus! Wage- $13.25-$18.55/hour DOE. Excellent Benefit Package.
