We are searching for a proven leader to lead our fast paced and growing certified home health agency in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. This is a growing agency with an excellent clinical record. A Life Care at Home Agency Director is accountable for the day to day operation of the agency consistent with the mission and objectives of the organization and designated service area.

The successful candidate will be a RN with a Bachelor’s in business or health care. Our Agency Director must have exceptional leadership skills, be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, at least three years home health leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with physicians, personnel and corporate staff. You must be willing to build strong community relationships, have initiative and strong financial management to lead our team of skilled professionals in a growing market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Direct and supervise staff members and associates.
Be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning and assigning work.
Be responsible for ensuring complete compliance for state and federal guidelines.
Be responsible for ensuring all staff maintain clinically proficiency, maintain credentials, and the delivery of quality healthcare.
Complete evaluations of staff performance.
Understand and utilize OASIS and home health billing/reporting system.
Responsible to meet budgeted admissions, revenue and expenses.
