REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL THERAPIST/HOME HEALTH CARE. Plans, implements and provides physical therapy services according to accepted principles and standards of practice. Designs and implements programs designed to prevent injury and educate clients. Participants in providing multi-disciplinary care for patients.Must have current Colorado license
Valid CO Driver’s License with clean driving record; Auto Insurance, CPR Certification
