Home Care On-Call Registered Nurse

Works under the supervision of the Patient Service Team Manager. The RN’s primary job function is to make home visits to render professional nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and assignment. Completes clinical records on each visit. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure: Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.

Experience: Prior home care experience preferred.
