Med1Online is seeking a customer focused Helpdesk Analyst for its Golden, CO office. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience providing tier 1 helpdesk support as well as infrastructure support to a medium sized organization.

Med1OnlineTM has rapidly become a leader in providing new and reconditioned capital medical equipment (CME) for all medical specialties, to physicians, veterinarians, hospitals and other health care providers.

Specific expertise should include:
•Windows XP and MS Office desktop environments
•MS Exchange management
•Active directory management
•Application level support for CRM, ERP and PBX systems
•MS based server provisioning
•Enterprise wide antivirus/antispyware management
•Network provisioning and management
•Enterprise wide backup management

The role of helpdesk analyst is crucial to the efficient and effective operation of the organziation. Not only will a qualified individual participate in a quickly growing organization, they will have exposure to a wide variety of new and exciting technologies.
