Healthcare Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care of Southwestern CT has following immed openings due to rapid growth: RN's Med / Surg / Hospice F/T, P/T, Per Diem. Provide skilled in-home care. No homecare exp reqd. Must possess or be able to obtain current CT RN license. Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus for FT RN positions. Hospice On-Call RN Must possess or be able to obtain current CT RN lic & min of 1 yr hospice exp. Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RN positions. Community Liaison Must have or be able to obtain current CT RN license, 1 yr of homecare/hospice exp & ability to foster community relationships. Home Health Aide Supvsr Must have or be able to obtain current CT RN license & 2 yrs of clinical exp 1 yr must be in home care. Intake Nurse Must have or be able to obtain current CT RN lic. 1 yr homecare/hospice exp prfd We offer an outstanding salary/bnfts pkg.
