Our seasoned professionals provide knowledgeable guidance to help clients effectively address the business challenges, compliance requirements, and contracting relationships that face organizations in today's healthcare industry.Responsibilities: Provider Associates focus on hospital and health systems financial and operational consulting engagements. Will perform analyses and develop recommendations to improve operational and financial performance. Responsibilities include:

Fostering working relationships with client personnel at all levels;

Communicating with consulting team leads;

Facilitating and leading client meetings;

Developing team work plans and coordinating project team activities;

Actively participating in practice development;

Supporting existing client project teams when required;

Leading/supporting prospective client pursuits.The ideal candidate will be detail oriented; have good written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills and experience facilitating group meetings and interview sessions; strong analytical problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to work independently; strong project management experience; ability to manipulate data and handle large databases; be open to extensive travel.Education Required:

B.A. or B.S. required, preferably in finance or healthcare management. MBA/MPH/MHA/MHS or other certification such as CPA preferred, but not required.Job Requirements

2-4 years of healthcare financial and operations experience within a hospital, physician group, or consulting group setting.

Experience supervising 2-3 colleagues.

Experience and/or a working knowledge of in one or more of the following areas: revenue cycle, supply chain, patient care, human resources, pharmacy, and surgical services.

Healthcare industry and/or consulting experience preferred.

Advanced proficiency in MS applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Access).This position requires significant travel.Please apply through our website at
