Some of their service lines include compliance assessments pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sales and marketing activities, and assessment of clinical trial activities, Medicaid rebate calculations and determination of Best Price and Average Manufacturer Price, Medicare Coordination of Benefits Services, Medicare Federal Healthcare Contract Consulting, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Services, Claims Management Reviews and Assessments, Prescription Drug Formulary Rebate Review, and Financial and Operational Consulting.Responsibilities: Managers supervise projects and become involved in business development activities with existing clients. Responsibilities include:

Managing multiple on site project teams simultaneously;

Developing strong working relationships with mid-management client personnel;

Coaching/mentoring associates and analysts;

Facilitating client meetings;

Developing effective work plans;

Assisting with practice development activities of the group;

Identifying additional areas of assistance that the firm can provide at existing clients.Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree;

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry;

At least 3 years of experience managing teams for a consulting firm;

10 years minimum combined experience in pharmaceutical industry and consulting;

Extensive financial analysis skills a plus;

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;

Strong organizational skills;

Strong teamwork capabilities;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, advanced knowledge of utilizing Microsoft Access and Excel;

Extensive financial analysis skills and overall business consulting experience;

Experience within the health insurance or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred;
