HeartFields at Easton, a premier Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care community, needs a strong, resident focused RN to join our management team as Health Services Director.

The ideal candidate will share our dedication to seniors in our 55 bed assisted living unit and our passion for helping them to maintain high quality lives. At least two year of senior care experience and supervisory or management desired with strong knowledge and compliance with assisted living regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling LPN’s and care managers, training, implementing care programs, and assuring that resident wellness charts are accurately maintained.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a Maryland RN license in goodstanding.
