Administrator atMetropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque, NM
The Administrator will be responsible for personnel selection/retention, financial reporting, and coordinating care with internal and external resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:RN, BSN preferred or Bachelors in Healthcare Administration.Three years of progressive healthcare management experience.Experience in personnel management including disciplinary counseling, hiring, training and termination.Experience in word processing and spreadsheets.Demonstrated abilities in staff management and clinical program implementation.Excellent communication, morale and leadership abilities.
