We are seeking an experienced Health Center Administrator for our mission-driven, premier CCRC located in Jackson, MI. This position reports to the Executive Director, and provides assistance in the overall administration of the community. The Administrator will be responsible for the entire Health Center of this community which has 60 skilled nursing beds and 69 assisted living units.

The successful candidate will:Supervise operation of services departments as directed by the Executive Director, with primary emphasis on the health center;Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations;Demonstrate performance consistent with high quality of care;Complete special projects for the Board of Directors and Executive Director;Ensure that corporate compliance directives are implemented and monitored.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator's license (or eligible);Proven management and leadership skills;Continuing care retirement community experience;Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and client/board relations skills;Must be comfortable presenting to a wide variety of audiences, including resident committees and the Board of Directors;Applicable bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years related experience;Strong Medicare background preferred.
