HOSPICE ADMINISTRATOR - Eastern OK

We seek a dynamic, team-oriented healthcare manager to take the lead as Administrator at our Preferred Hospice of Eastern Oklahoma office.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Administrator is a key member of the Company’s leadership group. The Administrator will be directing a multidisciplinary team, will be working closely with area acute and long-term care facilities, and will be required to travel frequently. Overall, the Administrator is responsible for business growth and ensuring the delivery of quality care.

REQUIREMENTS
The Administrator must either hold licensure as a Registered Nurse, or otherwise does not have to be a nurse, but must have a minimum of 1 year of healthcare management experience and a Bachelor degree.The ideal candidate for this opportunity has strong business development and sales experience, a thorough knowledge of hospice care and regulations, and excellent team-building skills.
