HIV Case Manager

Small, private agency seeks qualified candidate for a full-time position within New Castle County, DE. Case Management Services, Inc. provides home and community based services to individuals living with HIV and their families. Position also includes opportunities to facilitate individual and group therapy. Position provides supervision toward state licensure.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess a Masters of Social Work. Requirements include a working knowledge of HIV, crisis intervention and family therapy. Case Managers must be equipped with cultural competency skills to work with diverse populations. Applicants must also be able to work independently and possess time management skills. Candidates must have a car to travel within the county (mileage reimbursement). Salary commensurate with experience.
