Group Insurance / Employee Benefits - Los Angeles
National ancillary lines insurance company, which sells employee benefits through brokers and consultants to the group insurance market seeks a professional to manage the client service function in its Sales offices in Chicago and Los Angeles.
The successful candidate will manage a staff of insurance professionals engaged in client servicing. Client services provided include, but are not limited to: account implementation; billing; claim adjudication; and renewal processing. Some of the current staff engage in internal support activities, while others are more externally focused and directly engage clients through employee meetings, renewal meetings and periodic service calls.
The manager will also be responsible for monitoring workflow and process, as well as engaging in various assigned projects on an as-needed basis. Strong knowledge of group insurance products (group life, group disability, and group dental) is preferred.
