Group Exercise Director & Small Group PT Specialist

The Group Exercise Director/Small Group Personal Training Specialist position is responsible for meeting a club's revenue and profitability goals for the Group Exercise and Small Group Personal Training. This person will equally distribute time between the Group Exercise and Small Group Personal Training programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain class schedules within budget requirements
- Implement marketing and promotion of new programs
- Insure group exercise staff meets company standards for national exercise leaders and current CPR certifications
- Audition and train new instructors and current staff
- Provide instruction to groups of 3-6 clients based on the needs and goals of participants
- Actively recruit Small Group traiing participants from current membership population
- Actively recruit and train prospective Small Group Personal Trainers
- Additional duties may be assigned

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Group Exercise and/or Personal Training certification approved by Bally Total Fitness or a degree in fitness/exercise-related field required
- Group Exercise or Personal Trainer experience required
- Pass audition

COMPENSATION
- Designated administrative hours
- Sessions: small group training, Pilates, one-on-one training, Fitness plus classes
- Group Exercise classes
- Bonus
