Community Living Program CoordinatorJob Description: Coordinate the delivery of customer service to ensure compliance with licensure and funding requirements. Formal responsibility for development of job related policies and procedures. Hiring of staff; determining training needs; set appropriate staffing patterns.Responsibilities: Ensure satisfactory performance of Program Supervisors and Community Living Instructors. Monitor and evaluate quality of program services to ensure effectiveness. Ensure fiscal responsibility within assigned caseload. Ensure caseload is in compliance with accreditation and funding sources guidelines. Ensure customer satisfaction with Life Skills services.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of disabilities, funding sources, and labor laws. Problem solving; critical thinking, ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and plan in order to meet deadlines; good communication and supervisory skills. Bachelor’s degree in an approved field as determined by DMH. Must have an open availability.
