Full Time Registered LPN

Trinity Hospice is looking for a Full-Time LPN to care for our patients.

These positions are responsible for providing patient care to patients in their homes or other familiar settings utilizing the interdisciplinary team approach and providing quality-nursing care under the direction of the attending physician and according to the established Plan of Care.

Qualifications for LVN:
Graduate of an accredited school in an LPN/LVN program.
Currently licensed as a Registered LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of varied experience in hospice, home health, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
