The opportunity
In this exciting, high-visibility position, located in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll supervise and coordinate field donor recruitment staff as you help us achieve our annual recruitment goals. Along the way, you’ll ensure effective education and retention, help analyze operational data, develop overall recruitment strategies for the service area, and implement recruitment and marketing plans through supervised staff and trained volunteers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in nursing, healthcare or related field. Four (4) years of related experience in addition to the experienced outlined below may be substituted for the degree
Three years of experience within the medical, healthcare or counseling environment, to include planning and supervisory or lead responsibilities
