REQUIREMENTS
•M.D. or D.O.•Willing to let us license you, or already have WA license
•Active DEA
•Clinical Family Practice experience within 12 months
•Comfortable with Family Practice clinic in Urban setting.
•Authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
