ER Director

If you're an ER Director, with the skills this position entails, here is a position in a prime North Carolina location, we're looking for you!!Our client is currently conducting a search for a ER Director for the location near the Outer Banks.This is a 150+ bed hospital, currently undergoing expansion from 16 ER rooms to 34. Have over 32,000 visits per year, Level II trauma center, 56 FTE's, MDs, RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Unit Assistants.Position reports to the VP of Patient Care Services, must possess Servant Leadership, strong customer focus and must interface well with the managment team.5 yrs ER management exp req'd At least 10 yrs in the ER setting Must have solid clinical skills and be able to roll up your sleeves and jump in when necessary. Must be familiar(exp. preferred) with the ED1 concept which is knowing how many rooms need to be operational at a given time. They are doubling the size of the ER and not all rooms will be ready at the same time, construction starts 1/07.
