Driver/Dispatcher/Office

Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures. Coordinate office services (i.e. payroll, billing, etc.)Assure the procurement of all necessary office items (i.e. Copy paper, desk supplies, etc. Develop and implement Continuous Quality Improvement procedures for all office functions.Assist in developing short and long-range objectives.Assist in the preparation of an annual budget. resident and family interaction. Assist in the recruitment, interviewing and selection of residence employees.Develop monthly schedules, including vacation and holiday schedules, to assure quality service.Safe operation of passenger vans and small buses over a prescribed route, in accordance with the designated schedule.Operate the passenger vans and small buses, in accordance with established safety standards and traffic laws of the State of Oregon. Provides passengers and general public with information regarding NETS/Wheels of Joy's Para-Transit system and other programs in a courteous and professional manner.Communicates, as soon as possible by radio or telephone, all pertinent information and unusual incidents in an accurate manner. Writes reports on accidents or other unusual incidents in an accurate and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 2 years of progressive management experience,
leadership ability and able to plan, organize, develop and implement.
Must have a valid Oregon Drivers License, with all necessary endorsements, and have a driving record, which demonstrates adherence to safety principles and traffic laws and regulations.
