Donor Room Manager – Lexington

Looking for a new healthcare management challenge? We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, healthcare professional to provide effective leadership, management, and customer service skills, while overseeing efficient day-to-day operations of the Lexington Donor Room.

The successful candidate will hire, train, evaluate, and supervise on-site staff to ensure our valued volunteer blood donors receive the best care possible; ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations; and utilize resources to maximize cost effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS
Medical background (RN, MT, MLT, or related field) and 5 years management experience required. Applicants must have working knowledge of Word and Excel; demonstrated skills in staff management/development, budget preparation/monitoring, and organizational skills; ability to think independently and solve problems; and possess excellent communication skills.
