Divisional Director of Clinical Risk

Beverly is seeking a Director of Clinical Risk for Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facilities located throughout the US. In this role you will manage a proactive program, which creates a safe environment for residents and reduces the cost of General and Professional liability claims.

Candidates must possess a BA degree to include studies in Clinical Risk Management along with either 5-10 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, 5-10 years as RN or 10 years exp in healthcare consulting environment. You MUST possess strong leadership, teaching, negotiation, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills along with an understanding of financial issues related to cost of loss.

In this position you will have extensive travel by air and car to all BEI locations and meetings when needed. Preferred location for this director to live is California, but will consider all applicants. Position offers a generous salary, excellent benefits and a bonus plan.
