Director of Rehabilitation

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Patient Care and Caseload management
- Compliance and Quality Control
- Customer Relations
- Business Development
- Staff management and development
- Meeting financial objectives
- Evaluating and treating a partial caseload of patients
- Attending facility meetings
- Developing and implementing new programsJob Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate of an either an ASHA, AOTA, or APTA accredited school of speech/language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy
- Valid SLP, OT, or PT license. If SLP, must possess Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Experience with Medicare Billing (PPS)
- Management experience is preferred
