Join the professionals on our team and share in a quality career experience.The Director of Pharmacy Services provides overall leadership direction and management of all operation processes and initiatives within the system. Manages implementation of all operations processes including inventory management, JCAHO standards, State and Federal legal requirements, Medicare standards, distribution systems, automation, utilization tracking, and computer systems. Interfaces with system COO's, CNO's, CFO's, CEO's, risk managers/QI committee and corporate operations managers. Has general manager responsibities and P&L accountability for the entire system.Job RequirementsMasters Degree: MS, RPh plus 5-7 years of leadership experience. Ability to work as a team member and lead and execute an effort to a desired outcome. Demonstrates abilities to function as a leader. Must value and foster collaboration, creating interdependence among subsidiaries. Outstanding negotation and verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with diverse group of people, be able to think conceptually and be a creative problem solver. Experienced in building physician relationships.
