HOME CARE We currently have the following opportunities available: - Director of Patient Services - Nurse Manager In this pivotal role, you will assist the Vice President as well as plan, evaluate and provide clinical direction concerning patient care for the Certified Home Health Agency and Long Term Home Care Program. 5 years experience in community health plus 2 years supervisory/management exp. Use your community health nursing experience (years +) to take your career to the next level and supervise, instruct and guide nursing and auxiliary personnel to assure our patients are receiving the quality of care and compassion they deserve in THE place to get better ... Home. Both positions require a current NYS RN license plus two years Community Health Nurse experience. Master's preferred.
