Kindred Hospital North Shore, a 50-bed facility located in Peabody, MA, provides acute care for patients that require longer term stays.

We are searching for a Director of Patient Care Services to direct and coordinate functions and activities of nursing department and assigned clinical operation departments. Reporting to the hospital CEO and CCO, the Director of Patient Care Services is a member of the senior leadership team and will participate in planning and creating the hospital's strategic, operational, service design and other organizational plans.

Our ideal candidate will have a BSN, minimum of two years experience at a senior nursing level, and five years in nursing management in an actue care setting. Graduate level experience may substitute on a year-to-year basis for the required experience.
