This person will be responsible for the hiring and training of facility nursing personnel, as well as implementing policies and procedures for a facility that recently received a nursing deficiency free survey!
REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess a current/valid RN license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience in long-term healthcare required. Management experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Thorough knowledge regarding licensure requirements in a long-term healthcare setting.
This position requires a team-player with an “I can get it done attitude”.
