Director of Nursing/DON

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team! The person in this position will be responsible for providing leadership within the hospital and managing the daily nursing operations of the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will be able to exercise sound judgment and make good decisions, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be able to perform successfully in stressful situations, and possess outstanding leadership qualities and an energetic disposition. Additionally, this position requires a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a healthcare related organization, preferably an inpatient setting as well as a Bachelor's Degree or higher and an active TX Nursing license. Special rehabilitation or other advanced practice certification preferred. Qualified candidates must possess a strong commitment to excellent clinical outcomes, cost efficiency, product enhancement, and high business ethics.
