Director of Nursing/$5,000 Sign-on Bonus

The Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, a Charles E. Smith Life Community and a premier provider of geriatric services, is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our dynamic nursing leadership team as we approach our second century of service. Located on a 35-acre campus in suburban Rockville, MD, our system provides a continuum of care that includes long-term and sub-acute care and specialty dementia units.

Reporting to a Senior Director of Nursing and working with a management team that includes one other Director and an
Assistant Director of Nursing, this position will have primary
responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents on seven nursing units.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a BSN and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director of Nursing in a long term care or hospital setting with budget and program development experience.
