Bayada Nurses, a leading national home health care provider seeks an experienced health care executive to fulfill the Director of National Accounts role.The Director of National Accounts will oversee an account management team located in Parsippany, NJ and be responsible for our company-wide insurance and managed care contracting activities.We seek a dynamic, results-oriented individual with experience, and a track record of success, in the following areas:
business development
business analysis
account management
contract language review
contract negotiationThis position, which will serve both internal and external customers, will require exemplary communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills. Some travel is required. Knowledge and thorough understanding of the managed care environment is essential. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated, have excellent customer service skills, and be a natural leader who will drive success.
